01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, logging in or using any part of the 8id platform — whether through the official website at 8id.one or through our mobile app – you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the 8id platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

02Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

The 8id platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. 8id employs an age verification process during registration and reserves the right to request valid identification documents at any time to confirm compliance with this requirement.

If 8id determines that any account was registered by a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all existing balances will be forfeited. 8id will not refund any funds in such cases.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 8id platform. Registering multiple accounts – whether using different names, different email addresses, or different phone numbers – is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all balances and wins.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address. 8id reserves the right to request document verification to confirm any information provided. Providing false or misleading information is sufficient grounds for immediate account closure.

03Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods

8id accepts deposits via a range of trusted local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the chosen payment method. These limits will be clearly displayed during the deposit process. 8id does not charge any additional fees for deposit processing; however, third-party payment providers may impose certain charges beyond our control.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals can be made using the same payment method as your deposit. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes upon successful KYC verification.
